We know our products and we stand behind it. We manufacture these אותיות from a high-quality material that combines ease for the student to hold a letter and on the other hand a quality that will not break. Nevertheless it will remain a אות, there are delicate parts that do not handle impact well especially when falling on concrete floor or so on.
